Returns and refunds

14-day returns, for any reason

If a piece is not right for you, you can return it. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know, and no reason is needed. Email contact@desilang.dk with your order number and the piece you are returning. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.

You are welcome to use the standard EU withdrawal form, but a short email is all we need.

Condition of returns

Pieces should be unworn and returned in their original packaging where possible.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they have not been worn.
If a piece comes back worn, altered or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Custom or personalised pieces made to your specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to return

Email contact@desilang.dk within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will reply with the return address for your country.
Pack the piece carefully and send it with a tracked service. Keep your receipt until the return is complete.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of hearing from you, to your original payment method. We may wait until the piece has arrived back with us before refunding.
Your refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, such as home delivery, the extra cost is not refunded.

Exchanges

To swap for a different piece, follow the return steps above and tell us in your email which piece you would like instead. If it costs more, we will ask you to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, email photos to contact@desilang.dk as soon as you can. We will cover return postage and offer a repair, a replacement or a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to complain about faults for up to two years.

Natural stones

Our pieces are made with natural stones, so each one varies slightly in colour, pattern, size and shape. These variations are part of the material and are not considered faults.

International orders

The same policy applies to orders outside Denmark. Return postage from abroad can be more expensive, and any customs charges on a return are paid by you.
